The History of TBC Services
TBC Services began under the name The Billing Connection, Inc, and was founded on January 1, 2007 as a Medicaid Billing provider by Willis Wolf and soon after hired his first full time employee, Melissa Skaggs.
Through the hard work of our dedicated staff we have grown from our humble beginnings of just a handful of clients to over 45 in just five short years. Our growth has allowed us to increase our staff to more than 20 employees and has led to us moving to our new office complex in Reynoldsburg, Ohio in October 2011. The move created more space and even more room for TBC services to grow and expand the types of services that we offer.
Willis Wolf, President and co-founder, remains a vital member of our staff and is actively involved in the day to day operations of TBC services. Some of our most recent accomplishments include a creating a Strategic Plan for the future, cross training our entire staff to diversify and maximize our ability to serve our clients, and receiving an outstanding result on our annual audit.
We at TBC Services remain dedicated to creating the best possible experience for our clients. We are able to assure our clients that we collect 96 percent of everything we bill for Medicaid Waiver Services and Targeted Case Management.
