He has forty years of experience as an owner/operator of several private medical billing companies, a medical transcription company, a business forms company, and a MBA resume database company, several of which are still in business today. Willis has an extensive sales and marketing background, including significant experience in the billing industry, and is a skilled executive/manager. His educational background includes an MBA from the University of Michigan. He has taken an active behind the scenes role in the management of The Billing Connection since its inception in January 1, 2007. His business focus revolves around an emphasis on helping clients increase their revenue and improve their revenue turnaround time.

Melissa Skaggs is the Vice President for TBC Services, where she has managed the daily operations since TBC's inception in 2007. Her twenty years of experience in the industry have enabled her to acquire a vast level of knowledge of Medicaid programs and DD regulations. Melissa has conducted numerous client training programs over the years, and takes pride in her ability to present detailed programs in a manner that can be easily understood. Melissa is available for in-house consultation and training programs at your facility.

Robin Day is the Operations Manager for The Billing Connection, and is in her third year at TBC. She is responsible for daily operations, including Targeted Case Management, Non-Medical Transportation and Adult Day array. She manages group leaders and support staff, and also specializes in Medicaid inquiries, PAWS and error reporting . Her extensive bookkeeping background enables her to provide accurate reporting and practical solutions to questions and issues.

Michael Missler is the Training Specialist for The Billing Connection. Michael has over thirty-two years experience in the developmental disabilities field and has joined The Billing Connection, Inc. staff. Michael holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and a masters in health services administration. Michael served as Adult Services Director and Support Services Director at the Champaign County Board of DD. Michael is available to help with all your training needs.
